The Becker Cascade Pro 7941 impresses with innovative technology and exquisite sound. Speech control in eight languages, data exchange between mobile phone and navigation unit via Bluetooth® wireless technology, iPod® support, Internet, CF card navigation and MP3-playback from CD, SD/MMC, CF card or microdrive. This product is a "must-have" for high-tech enthusiasts.

Dual band GSM module (900/1800 MHz for D-, E-network). Hands-free device using hands-free microphone and built-in loudspeaker (volume and sound can be adjusted). Telephone book can hold 500 addresses.

Dynamic route guidance with TMC in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (the Paris area), Great Britain (Traffic Master), Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

FEATURES

SPEECH DIALOGUE SYSTEM

200 pre-programmed speech commands and 50 individually learnable commands enhance operability and driving safety. The Speech Dialogue System offers a choice of languages: English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, American English.

HANDS-FREE COMMUNICATION

A Bluetooth^®compatible mobile phone can be connected via the Bluetooth^® interface. Addresses and telephone data can be exchanged between mobile phone and navigation unit. The hands-free function enhances safety when using the phone on the road.

SIM ACCESS PROFILE

The SIM Access Profile creates a direct Bluetooth^® connection between the unit and the SIM card in a telephone. This makes it possible to use a SIM card for in-car telephone operation. At the same time, it reduces the drain on the telephone battery and thus enables longer phone calls.

W@P

The W@P 2.0 Internet access provides direct access to the BeckerClub portal and other W@P addresses. This makes it possible to use and query server-based services on the road. A standard PC with Internet access can be used to update personal data.

SMS

The unit can be used to write, send and receive SMS text messages.

IPOD® COMPATIBLE

With the Becker Remote Kit, an iPod^® can be directly connected to the unit and operated via the same interface.

GPS NAVIGATION

GPS signals accurately determine the position of a receiver within a few metres. Independent of the means of transport, the signal information is continuously scanned to precisely calculate routes and arrival times.

SURROUND SOUND

The Becker Surround Sound System with 4 x 30 watts of music power and 4 x 18 watts sine-wave power guarantees an unforgettable music experience.

CD/MP3 PLAYER

The integrated MP3 player provides non-stop music enjoyment – even during navigation. MP3 tracks can be played from a CF card, microdrive or CD-R/CD-RW.

2-RDS TUNER

The integrated 2-RDS tuner ensures interference-free reception and inaudibly switches to the best frequency for the selected station.

OLED-VARIO-COLOUR-DISPLAY

The high-resolution OLED-Vario-Colour-Display can be individually adjusted with a choice of 15 different background colours.

ADDRESS BOOK

The integrated address book stores up to 500 addresses that can be entered directly into the route navigation. The most recent destinations are automatically displayed in the quick selection list.

POINTS OF INTEREST

The map data for Europe contains more than 1,000,000 special destinations including airports, hospitals, service stations, hotels, restaurants and stadiums. Search results are shown as a list in the display.

SPEED LIMITS

The Speed Limit display makes driving safer. Information on the legal limits on over 100,000 km of motorway in Europe is included in the digital map data. The maximum speed limit automatically appears in the display.

TMC

With TMC (Traffic Message Channel), the latest traffic information can be accessed in the selected broadcasting area at any time. The navigation unit automatically detects the current traffic situation and recalculates the route on request. Dynamic route guidance helps avoid unnecessary delays.
